This is a notice to the current Boy Scouts of America, Longhorn Council, Cross Timbers District, at-large committee members and unit Charter Organization Representatives. If you are not the current Charter Organization Representative, please forward this message to your successor.
The annual business meeting for the district will be held April 7th at 7:00 in Pantego at the Odis W. Pharr Community Center. The purpose is to vote on the at-large membership and the District Committee Chair for the May 2015 – April 2016 fiscal year. A list of nominees will be provided in the next several days.
