Dear Friends of Scouting,
During this special time of year when each of us express our gratitude to those we care about most, we wanted to stop and say thank you for your support of Scouting. Your generosity helps kids become better adults. On their behalf, thank you.
What better gift to give to a child than a lifetime of adventure? As we take time to reflect on the defining moments in our lives this holiday season, we will inevitably think of those who made the defining moments possible. For some, those people are parents, grandparents, or teachers. For millions of youth who participate in Scouting every year, it is the volunteer mentor who makes the adventure possible and shows the youth they can be anything they want to be.
It's all about the child they currently are and the adult they will become.
Because of your generosity, right now, you can be a part of that defining moment in a child's life. As we look for vitality in our communities, we must be willing to put forth the commitment to ensure we do not lose our most precious resource - our children.
For more than 100 years, Scouting has created an adventure for success that ensures children become better leaders, accept responsibility, and care about principles and causes beyond their own self-interest.
During this Holiday Season when we stop and say thank you for the things that are important to us, please know our Scouts owe you a debt of gratitude. Your continued support of any level will play an important role in creating Scouting's defining moments while ensuring a positive adventure for the future. You can give the gift of adventure to a child today. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation today to ensure that Scouting continues to provide meaningful programs for children across the nation.
Happy Holidays!
