The Longhorn Council is hosting this year's national BSA meeting at
the Gaylord May 20-24. We are in need of
volunteers to help out with various areas, especially in registration.
Whether you can give a couple of hours or all day, your help
would be greatly appreciated. Please take a look at the attached spreadsheet
and let me know if you can help out on any of those days. If you would
like to help out I
will need a mobile number and email. Use the tabs at the bottom of the
attached spread sheet to review each days staff assignments. The LHC chair for
each event is listed in red at the top of each event.
