Cross Timbers District,
At October and November Round Table Recharter Packets will be available for pick up. We need a representative of each unit to come by to sign for and pick up the recharter packet. There will be lots of great information inside the packets this year. The on-line system will become active for units to use 60 days before the recharter expires which is November 1st. 2011.
Recharter turn in will be at December Round Table. It is every important that we complete this process for every unit by the middle of December.
Also take a moment to create a roster for your unit in word, excel, or troop master for the unit inventories that need to be completed by the end of October. Unit inventories can be printed off and turned in at Round Table, e-mailed to 662crosstimbers@bsamail.org, or faxed Attn: 29 Membership Committee 817 231 8600.
