That is next Thursday, please plan accordingly, we can't accommodate early returns. No chocolate and no jalapeno returns allowed. This was covered at Popcorn Kick-Offs... Chocolate due to weather issue and jalapeno was not even a part of the product mix, but at the kernels request, we provided it in limited and non-returnable quantities. The International Spirit Award is a temporary emblem that is awarded to registered Scouts and Scouters who have completed the necessary requirements, have gained a greater knowledge of international Scouting, and have developed a greater appreciation and awareness of different cultures and countries.
