Next year will bring about a number of new merit badges spread
throughout the year. Exciting times
ahead! The Game Design MB is expected to
be released in March of 2013 and the Programming MB and the Sustainability MB
are targeted for the National Jamboree.
Search and
Rescue MB
As you know, the Search and Rescue MB was released back in
August. I’m sorry to say that we still
do not have a counselor for this merit badge.
If you know of someone that you think would be qualified to be a
counselor have them fill out an application and get it to me ASAP.

You can find the latest edition of the MB Counselor Listing (dated
10/2/12) at crosstimbersdistrict.org/documents/badge.pdf. The
