Arrrowmen,
I hope everyone came through yesterday's storms OK. I know it's short notice, but I'm forwarding this to you and hoping that the Brotherhood of Cheerful Service can come out to help St. Barnabas; it was hit pretty hard and needs help with clean-up. This is home to Pack 399, Troop 445, Troop 1932, and Crew. Adults and Scouts would be coming out to help their own. 5 pm Wednesday at St. Barnabas. (One block West of Martin High School on Pleasant Ridge.) MEET AT LITTLE ElEMENTARY.
Please, if you can, let's see if we can lend a hand. Bring your own work gloves.
Thanks.
Yours in the spirit of the Brotherhood of Cheerful Service,
Gary Faletti

Subject: Special RequestEveryone,
Can I get everyone up to St. Barnabas on Wednesday night at 5 pm.
I was over at Guy, Amy's and Adon's house and they all got hit hard. The church also got hit hard.
Even though the boys are small, there is a lot of clean up that is away from the buildings that needs to happen.
Lots of roof shingles and limbs that they can help pick up and I am sure our charter organization will appreciate that. We do need to keep them away from the buildings though as there is a lot of damage to the roof and walls of the buildings and people working around that.
Will just do our part by cleaning up the areas away from the buildings.
Also, CBS was out there tonight and they want to see our Cub Scouts in action and will send out the news truck on Wednesday night if we get enough scouts to help out.
I'm thinking 5 pm would be a good time to meet. Help out the church and get our scouts on tv.
Thanks,
Greg
