2011 Fall POPCORN- JULY 23rd Popcorn Retreat Lets Get 100% attendance.

Kernels/Leaders of Packs, Troops, and Crews

July 23  Popcorn Retreat Council Kickoff-  
            9:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Will Roger’s Coliseum, Round Up Inn Room
             If 2 leaders come from a unit (leaders can not count for more than one unit) and stay  for the entire training they will receive a $25 Scout Shop Card at the end of the training.

August 11 Show and Sell Orders due to Council by 5:00pm
August 20 Show and Sell Orders Picked up- Location TBA
August 20 Show and Sell Start Date
September 10 Take Order Start Date
October 15 Show and Sell Product Return and Payment- Location TBA
October 20 Take Order Unit Orders are due to Council by 5:00pm *Units can complete prize order at same time*
November 5 Take Order Distribution- Location TBA
December 2 Take Order Money Due by 5:00pm to Council
December 9 Take Order Prizes Deadline
2011 Unit Commission Plan
Show and Sell
     30% base commission $0 to $9,999
     35% Commissione upon reaching $10,000 +

Take Order
     30% base commission $0 to $4,999
     35% commission $5,000 to $14,999
     37% commission $15,000 +
         (Extra Commissioner if Paid on Time)

On-line
Use 
www.orderpopcorn.com to e-mail family and friends to take their order. More Details will be provided at the retreat.  On-line Commission is 30% (On-line and Take order sales are to separate commission structures.) Youth prizes will be the same as last year.

Filler Up Prize
When a scout reaches $600 in sales they will receive a Zyclone Zing Ring Blaster that the unit will order at the time of prizes.
