Urgent Flag corp needed Saturday

The scouts need to be there around 12:30 to 12:45.  The event opens with the ceremony at 2:00 pm.

You will need to go through a couple of practice runs of the ceremony.

Find Henry Lewczyk of the chamber to discuss how he wants the ceremony to be delivered.

You will need to bring your own flag(s) to deliver the ceremony.  The ones on stage are to stay on the stage.

Be sure that all non-American flags are lowered during the pledge.

There will not be a microphone for the lead scout to deliver the ceremony.  Therefore, he/she will need to be very loud.

I wished I could be there to help, but I am taking my troop on an outing that day.
